What we collect

When you request a demo we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, agency name and website, the approximate number of clients and locations you manage, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and, if present, campaign (UTM) parameters and the referring page.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use demo-request data only to reply to your request, prepare and run the demo, and follow up about MapFlow. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that host our website, email and CRM on our behalf, under data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Write to hello@mapflow.app.
