What a good white label local SEO report contains
Keep it to one page of answers
Clients open a monthly report to answer three questions: are more people finding us, are they contacting us, and what are customers saying? Everything in the report should answer one of them.
- Visibility: profile views from Search and Maps, and the top search phrases
- Actions: calls, direction requests, website clicks — with the change versus last period
- Reputation: new reviews, average rating, reply rate and response time
- Work done: posts published, photos added, profile updates pushed
Show locations, not just totals
For chains, totals hide problems. A per-location table makes underperforming branches obvious and gives the client a reason to keep investing in the ones that lag.
Automate delivery
Manual reporting is where agency margins disappear. Schedule every client's report once; let the platform build and send it. Your team's time goes into the commentary, not the screenshots.
